Click on Noise and Hearing Loss Prevention.
Read any of the areas (Noise, Noise & Toys, etc...) to learn more about noise and the negative impact on hearing.
In addition, visit http://www.noisyplanet.nidcd.nih.gov for assorted tidbits of information and http://www.listentoyourbuds.org to to educate your child about listening safety.
If you haven't done so already.....mark your calendar for November........ The Sight and Hearing Association website (http://www.sightandhearing.org) lists the noisiest toys, just in time for the holidays.

Visit http://www.superduperinc.com/apps/apple.aspx to view a variety of speech/language apps. Many are available for the iPad, iPhone, iPad and Android. We will be using many in the classroom and in session to assist with the development of expressive and receptive language skills.
